Our Location

We are a primarily mobile clinic, so we are located wherever you are (our administrative home base is in the Sugarhouse neighborhood of Salt Lake City).

One to two days each week we also see appointments using space at Alta Dog Rehabilitation (4107 S 400 W #8, Midvale, UT 84047).
